Street Preaching
In 2003, we had an evangelistic campaign with our church and 18 Americans. In nine days we were able to pass out 207,000 tracts of the books: John and Romans. We had 3,000 people show up for the meeting and many were saved that night. We gave out free Bibles to all who attended.
A group from The Bible Baptist Church in Deland, Florida came to Moldova and helped to give out 42,000 tracts in three hours. What a great victory for the Lord.
Our weekly street preaching and tract distribution brings in many visitors. Each week, a group from our church meets at the central bazaar to street- preach and hand out tracts. This is a great opportunity for our church to be a gospel witness in a place where 250,000 people shop daily. On a good day we can hand out 5,000 tracts in an hour. We praise the Lord for the protection God gives us and the opportunity He affords us.
